A member-elected Board of Directors manage the affairs of the Association. Currently, the Board is made up of five (5) Directors. Directors are elected to staggered three-year terms during the annual meeting. If a Director cannot continue to the end of their term, a replacement is nominated and elected by the Board to fulfill the remainder of that Director’s term.
WWWUA Board of Directors meeting schedules and agendas are provided to members in advance of all meetings on the Calendar page. Board meetings are open to all Woodland West Water Users Association members.
Officers need not be members of the Association or Directors of the Association. Any two offices, but not more than two, may be held by the same person except that one person shall not simultaneously hold the offices of President and Secretary. The officers shall all serve for terms of one year and may be re-elected.
