The Woodland West Water Users Association (WWWUA) is responsible for managing and operating the wells and distribution system that delivers water to all properties within the Woodland West and East Edlowe subdivisions. This Water User Association is owned by the property owners in these subdivisions, ensuring local control over the woodland water supply.
As a regulated public water supply (PWS), the WWWUA adheres to the water quality regulations set forth by the Colorado Department of Health and Environment (CDPHE) and the US Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA).
For updates on community news and access to homeowner association documents, please visit the Woodland West Homeowners Association website at wwhoa.org. It's important to note that the Woodland West Homeowners Association operates independently from the WWWUA.
